1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TechniDox, you agree to these Terms and any order form, product schedule, or written agreement that applies to your use. If you use TechniDox on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Relationship to Aortem
TechniDox is part of the Aortem product ecosystem. Aortem Inc. may provide hosting, support, billing, operations, security, and administrative services for TechniDox.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for account activity, credential security, user permissions, and ensuring that authorized users comply with these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use TechniDox for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Do not interfere with, probe, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or disrupt TechniDox systems except as permitted by law or a written security program.
- Do not upload code, content, or data that you do not have the right to process through TechniDox.
- Do not use TechniDox outputs as a substitute for professional legal, compliance, security, or technical review.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of code, documentation, prompts, files, comments, and other content you submit to TechniDox. You grant Aortem the rights needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support TechniDox for you and your authorized users.
6. AI Features and Review Workflows
TechniDox may generate summaries, recommendations, quality scores, routing suggestions, and other AI-assisted outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them.
7. Intellectual Property
TechniDox software, designs, workflows, models, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related materials are owned by Aortem or its licensors. Except for your Customer Content, no rights are transferred except the limited right to use TechniDox under these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
TechniDox may connect with repositories, identity providers, communication tools, cloud platforms, or other third-party services. Your use of those services remains governed by their terms, and you are responsible for maintaining the required permissions.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, security risk, payment issue, legal requirement, or risk to TechniDox, Aortem, users, or third parties.
10. Disclaimers
TechniDox is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, legal compliance, security certification, or that generated documentation will be complete or accurate for every use case.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aortem and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of TechniDox after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
